World’s Easiest Yeast Bread – Artisan, NO KNEAD crusty bread
Recipe Creator: Nagi - RecipeTin Eats

When I baked Nagi's "World's Easiest Yeast Bread Recipe – Artisan, No-Knead Crusty Bread" for the very first time, it was an absolute disaster. It was flat, out of shape and so dense that it was nothing like I'd imagined. Towards the end of the video I included in this post, you will see my hideous creation.
I refused to let the world's easiest bread recipe get the better of me.
So I baked it again... and again... and again.
Now there's almost always a batch of dough resting in my fridge, ready for the next loaf, and we've completely stopped buying supermarket bread. Even more surprising, my family now prefers my homemade loaves over store-bought bread. I'm thrilled that my girls have developed an appreciation for the flavour and texture of freshly baked bread. There's something so special about a warm homemade loaf, or a beautiful loaf from a local bakery, that simply can't be matched by the everyday supermarket bread we've always bought.
Who would have thought? Certainly not me.
I should probably remind you, I'm very much a beginner in the kitchen. I'm learning to cook and bake from, not as an expert, but as someone who's simply willing to keep trying until I get it right.
So if you're sitting there thinking, "There's no way I could bake bread," I promise you, if I can do it, you absolutely can too. If my bread-baking journey inspires just one person to give it a go, then sharing my successes (and disasters!) has been worth it. I've included the recipe link in this post, so why not give it a go? I have a feeling you'll surprise yourself, just as I eventually did.
One of the things I love most is knowing exactly what goes into each loaf. Just a handful of simple pantry ingredients, no unnecessary extras—just fresh, delicious homemade bread that costs little more than the ingredients themselves.
If you've been thinking about baking your first loaf, let this be your sign. And if you do decide to give it a go, I'd absolutely love to see your results. Feel free to share a photo of your loaf in the comments so we can celebrate your baking journey together.❤️
Best wishes
& Happy Baking
